Job Responsibilities: - Setting up of strong Processes (SOPs) and Process Management to lead end-to-end central Category Operations (Leading a team to deliver operational excellence) - Strong Operations & Stakeholder Management - High level of comfort with managing excels, google sheets/docs, timelines etc. - Drive & ambition to build processes/SOPs, get hands dirty to understand the core fixes, drive to complete processes on time in full and to work to constantly learn & deliver beyond tasks assigned - Lead a team to deliver smooth operations. - New Product Listings, Attribute Management & Cataloguing - Assortment & Catalog Masters Management - Merchandize Calendar Planning & Creative Request Handling - Offers Configuration & management - QC Checks for Masters & Storefront - Coordinating with multiple stakeholders from Cataloguing & Go Live team , Merchandising Team , Storefront Team , Supply Chain & Procurement Team.
