Description: Job Responsibilities: - Train WH Employees on WMS being used at the WH. - Provide real-time support to WH teams by solving their issues. - Design Warehouse Processes and implement them. - Coordinate with the WMS team to build new processes and implement the same in WH. - Prepare Training Plans and document the warehouse processes and SOP. - Responsible for initial WMS setup at the warehouse. - Coordinate with the 3PL warehouse team for WMS launch and training. - Would be responsible for entire warehouse ERPs in his/her region. - Reduce WH time and effort by bringing in new efficient processes from a system perspective. Desired Skill Set: - Preferred degree in Supply Chain Management/Warehouse & Logistics Management - Effective Communication skills and Excel 7 PowerPoint skills are a must. - Should have experience in warehouse process. - Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas. - Prior experience in process design and operations. - Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals - Experience in managing blue-collared employees is a big plus - Open to travel across his region.
