Responsibilities : Output : - Manages complex data and business analyses to develop short, medium and long term P&amp;L forecast for the business - Communicates effectively with leadership to provide clarity and predictability around the trajectory of the business - Tracks and owns the metrics required to measure forecast quality and compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps Input : - Works independently to construct complex statistical models to forecast business performance - Works closely with business leaders to develop business plans based on historical and forecasted data and reports - Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions - Exhibits curiosity about the business, possessing complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business Qualifications : - 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand planning, or Forecasting - E-commerce experience is preferred - MBA from top tier B-school / CA / Degree in Statistics or Econometrics Preferred Skills : - Ability to think both strategically &amp; tactically with proven track record of taking ownership - Strong numerical and analytical aptitude, and high proficiency in creating and managing advanced models - Quantitative focus &amp; strong proficiency in analytical tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL and statistical software - Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, especially influencing without direct authority
