Work Mandate :


Mandate 1 : Employees will come to the office thrice a week at their base location and work remotely for the remaining days.

What you'll own :

- Top-line growth

- Own MTU, OPD, and GOV as your primary north-star metrics. Set quarterly targets, build the forecast model, and be accountable to the board on growth trajectory.

- Design and execute city-level and cohort-level growth strategies - knowing when to go deep in existing markets versus when to seed new ones.

- Build and manage the promotions and incentives calendar, balancing acquisition investment against payback periods and contribution margin.


CAC reduction & performance marketing

- Partner with the digital marketing team to continuously drive down CAC - identifying the highest-signal channels, improving landing-to-install conversion, and building referral loops that turn existing users into acquisition engines.

- Work with the product team to remove friction from the new-user funnel - onboarding flows, first-order nudges, and address-to-order completion rates.

- Build attribution rigour - define CAC accurately across paid, organic, and viral channels, and use it to make sharper channel investment decisions.


Habit formation & retention

- Drive daily app engagement and order frequency through compelling consumer experiences - not just discounts. Think meal occasion ownership, use-case expansion (late-night, weekday lunch, payday specials), and engagement mechanics that feel native to our GenZ audience.

- Develop and own the platform's consumer value proposition beyond price - exploring entertainment, engagement, and community features that increase daily opens and reduce churn.

- Identify and pilot new consumer revenue streams (micropayments, credits, exclusive features) that can add 10-15 per order without compromising the low-cost promise.


Cross-functional leadership

- Function as the connective tissue between product, marketing, and ops - translating consumer insights into roadmap inputs and ensuring growth initiatives are delivered end-to-end.

- Lead a small, sharp growth team over time - who are hands-on and high-output.
