Manager- Marketing The role is responsible for delivering new users for the Swiggy Food marketplace. The incumbent will lead a team of digital & growth specialists for managing performance marketing and relevant offers for new users to drive growth. We are looking for a Manager for our Digital Marketing team who will be the face of performance marketing in the organization for food delivery. The individual will utilize his/her digital & growth marketing skills to deliver the best in class performance campaigns to achieve the new user acquisition goal. The individual should have a progressive outlook on how to best utilize digital marketing channels to drive performance and has experience in leading a team of experienced digital & growth marketers. The major responsibilities will include planning & strategizing of performance digital campaigns, nu-focused discounting, providing direction to the team to create an appropriate implementation plan as per the aligned strategy & monitoring the performance. The role needs to have excellent stakeholder management skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, the candidate should also demonstrate excellent team management, interpersonal and analytical skills. Job Description: - Campaign Planning: Prepare annual/quarterly/monthly media plans for swiggy food delivery & enable teams to monitor and optimize the campaigns to drive the end result - Offers/Promotions: Develop growth hacking discounting strategies and work with various internal stakeholders to deliver end results - Identify new avenues of growth through both digital and discounting charters by initiating new experiments - Driving a high performing team of performance marketers - Collaborate with internal teams for creative and communication strategy. - Collaborate with agencies and other 3rd party vendors/partners for various campaigns and projects. - Identifying potential marketing Partners - Agency/Vendor Management, Evaluation, on-boarding to drive growth - Continuously improve on existing knowledge of media buying platforms, marketing tech and stay up to date on all industry trends and new technology. - Analyze various data points on a consistent basis to come up with appropriate strategies for new user acquisition - Work closely with the cross-functional teams across product, business, analytics, and finance to ensure visibility and wins for perf marketing. Desired Skills: - An MBA with a minimum experience of 3-4 years in managing performance marketing - Experience in managing a team of 5-6 members with strong project management & collaboration skills - Experience in managing large scale digital budget - Work experience in E commerce/Consumer Internet or Food & Beverages industry or with a marketing/media buying/advertising agency is a must. - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking and well versed with data tracking tools such as Appsflyer, Google Analytics etc and office tools like Excel and Powerpoint. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in working directly with digital marketing agencies, creative agencies, vendors - Proven technical and analytical aptitude, with a curiosity for testing and innovation - Expertise in data-driven decision making and translating opportunities into actionable
