Roles & Responsibilities: - Build hypotheses of factors that would positively move the P&L metric - via first-principled problem solving, learnings from past successful/ failed experiments - Design and execute new experiments and data-driven decision making by studying results - Communicating with senior stakeholders including functional heads on progress and analytical insights - Build comprehensive metric dashboards to track metrics and measure inputs - Ability to meet strict deadlines and deliver the result Preferred Candidate: - Bachelor's/PG degree with 1-3 years' experience in Strategy/Consulting/Analytics/ Consumer Facing Products - Self-motivated, having the ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - Structured Problem solving - Being able to think MECE and prioritize - Effective Communication Skills - Strong Analytical Skills Required Skills: Microsoft Office especially Excel & Power-Point, SQL, Python
