- Work on special projects to strengthen vendor loyalty towards the Swiggy platform. - Creating a Seller Tiering program with associated benefits for different tiers of restaurant partners. - Helping restaurant partners to access financing at competitive rates from various financial institutions. - Designing & Implementing the analytical projects for insights which drive business goals & decisions - Analyzing various business scenarios and recommending prompt actions for de-risking business - Scale and execute country wide launch post successful pilot of any initiative. - Define the strategy on the supply side in conjunction with the Central Strategy team on the following (examples) - Product Listing Logic on the consumer app to maximize partner benefits - Revenue formats & associated policies - Build infra & processes to enable Swiggy as a fair and open marketplace platform Preferred Candidate - 1-3 years of work experience in Business Development, Commercial/Go-To-Market/Growth Strategy. - B.E./B.Tech from a premium institute preferred. - Effective Analytical & Communications Skills - Attitude & Aptitude for Process & Systems - Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment - Ability to lead projects from conceptualization to closure, leveraging internal resources to get things done. - Required Skills: Microsoft Office especially Excel & Powerpoint, SQL
