About the role:

Planning:

- The person would be able to manage the demand planning and delivery planning.

- Planning for AOP, QOP, MOP and reporting actuals against it.

- Person should be aware of basic stress management working.

- Person should be able to work closely with product, supply and ops stakeholders.

- Strategize and propose cost-efficient ways of operations by understanding the Cost Benefit Analysis, Scale and business requirements.

Performance:

- Person should be able to do in-depth RCA for OPD and delivery miss against plans.

- Person must have strong analytical skills.

- Person should be able to analyse the gaps in the current system and suggest improvements.

Projects:

- Person should be able to run independent projects along with BAU charters.

Desired Skills:

- Prior experience in building these channels in e-commerce or other allied industries is a must.

- Highest Proficiency in Excel & SQL is must.

- Candidate should have displayed a never settle mindset, moving fast and hustle to get things done.

- Stakeholder management skills and win-win mindset.

- Worked in dynamic environments and ability to deal with ambiguity.

- Analytical and data oriented decision making.
