Roles & responsibilities : - The Assistant Manager for Demand Planning will work with the Category, Procurement, and Growth teams to ensure par excellence in-app consumer experience wrt availability - Build and execute the correct demand planning framework wrt past sales, future projections, and existing longpoles in the system to achieve near-zero OOS for head and torso selection - Work with category and procurement to manage real time as well as structural shifts - Work with Growth to build for future scale in a weekly fashion - Work with Operations to facilitate Clearance Sale, etc Desired Skills : - Exp with 2-4 years of overall experience, with the subject matter expertise in demand planning of at least 1 year - Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems with a healthy combination of inductive and deductive thinking - Identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs - Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment - Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential - Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves - Not waiting for instructions, but showing end to end ownership with founder mindset "We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regards to race, color, religion, sex, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by the law"
