About the Role

SwiffyLabs is building the "operating system" for modern finance. Our AI-powered, cloud-native infrastructure empowers banks and NBFCs to launch financial products at 10x speed. As a Senior Product Manager for LMS, you will be the architect of our core lending engine. You will own the most critical part of the lending lifecycle-everything that happens from the moment a loan is disbursed to the moment it is closed.

This is a high-agency, "high-stakes" role. You will bridge the gap between complex regulatory requirements and world-class SaaS product design, building a system that is robust enough for Tier-1 banks and flexible enough for agile fintechs.

What you'll do

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the discovery and delivery of key LMS modules. You will conduct deep-dive research into the lending domain and competition to ensure SwiffyLabs stays ahead of the curve.

- Core Engine Ownership: Own the logic for complex financial processes, including automated disbursements, repayment scheduling, interest accruals, delinquency management (NPA), and debt restructuring.

- Global Expansion: Design configurable, multi-currency, and multi-jurisdiction solutions that cater to markets across India, EMEA, ASEAN, GCC, and North America.

- Customer Solutioning: Act as a domain expert in high-level discussions with bank partners and NBFCs. You will translate their operational pain points into scalable, "out-of-the-box" product features.

- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead a pod of engineers and designers. You will be responsible for functional excellence, ensuring that our APIs and rule engines are modular and developer-friendly.

- Compliance by Design: Ensure the product adheres to evolving RBI guidelines and international financial standards.

Requirements

- Experience: 4-6 years of total PM experience, with at least 3 years of deep experience in the Lending domain.

- Background: You have ideally worked at a Technology Service Provider (TSP). You understand how to build products for multiple clients, not just internal tools for a single lender.

- LMS Expert: You have a working knowledge of the post-origination lifecycle, including accounting entries, reconciliation, settlement, and collections.

- Technical Literacy: You are comfortable discussing APIs, webhooks, and configurable rule engines. You know how to build for scale.

- High Agency: You don't need a playbook; you write it. You take extreme ownership of your module's success.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience implementing LMS for global markets (ASEAN, GCC, Africa, or North America).

- Prior experience in a high-growth fintech startup environment.

- Deep understanding of multi-party co-lending and debt-service-agent (DSA) workflows.
