As a Program / Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our platforms reliability and successful delivery to our global partners.

About the Role

We are looking for a Program / Project Manager with a focus on implementation to act as the primary bridge between technology and business. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals with at least 6 years of experience who are driven to lead complex, high-scale client deliveries from day one. You will serve as the essential bridge between customers, product & technical teams, ensuring that our sophisticated SaaS solutions translate into real-world business value. Expect high-stakes responsibility, fast-paced execution, and meaningful impact.

What Youll Do

- End-to-End Ownership: Own the client implementation delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, go-live, and stabilisation.

- Strategic Bridge: Act as the single client-facing execution owner; manage expectations, handle escalations, and translate business needs into technical requirements.

- Delivery Governance: Drive the project cadence, status reporting, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, and official sign-offs.

- Cross-Functional Synergy: Coordinate between Product, Solution Implementation, Tech, and Support teams to ensure perfectly aligned execution.

- Commitment Management: Own the project scope, change control processes, milestones, and all delivery commitments.

- Financial Oversight: Track effort burn, project margins, and ensure all billing and revenue milestones are met.

- Succession & Support: Ensure a smooth go-live and a high-quality transition to the Production Support team.

What Were Looking For

- Experience: 6+ years in SaaS or FinTech implementation or delivery management.

- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking; exposure to lending platforms is a major plus.

- Leadership: Proven experience in client-facing delivery leadership with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.

- Communication: Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to manage complex technical discussions with business stakeholders.

- Problem Solving: A strong willingness to learn and grow in a product-focused, high-pressure environment.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) or modern CI/CD tools.

- Past experience working on complex APIs or distributed microservices architecture.

- A history of successful side projects or contributions to the fintech community.

- Round 3 (60 Mins) - F2F: Evaluation of delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and technical growth potential in a real-world context.

- Round 4 [optional] with CTO - F2F/Online: Overview of experience, general attitude, and motivation.

- Round 5 [HR Round] - F2F/Online: Organisational culture fit.
