Company Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth, manage teams, and strengthen our presence in Gujarat and MP region. The role involves handling multiple retail outlets, expanding market reach, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring consistent growth in revenue.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to enhance productivity.
Market Expansion & Customer Relations:
- Identify new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with key retailers and clients.
- Address customer feedback and ensure superior service levels.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards across all outlets, LFS, Traders and distributors.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product availability, merchandising, and promotions.
Travel:
- Travel extensively within the assigned region to monitor performance and engage with partners.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales (fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry must).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Local Languages.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Local candidate from Ahmedabad (Gujarat) or MP region preferred.
