We are looking for a Marketing Lead who can build a strong, predictable lead pipeline and drive revenue-focused marketing initiatives.
Job Description:
- Own and drive end-to-end lead generation strategy (inbound + outbound) aligned with revenue targets.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns including segmentation, nurturing flows, drip campaigns, and lifecycle automation.
- Build and optimize marketing automation workflows to improve lead qualification, scoring, and handover to Sales.
- Plan and execute event marketing initiatives (corporate events, exhibitions, networking meets, partnerships) to generate quality pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to improve MQL to SQL conversion rates and track campaign ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs (CPL, CAC, open rates, conversion rates), and continuously optimize funnels.
- Manage marketing tools, CRM integrations, and vendor relationships for smooth execution.
