SVP - Solution & Delivery About the Role: As the Head of Solution and Delivery for SaaS (Software as a Service) and AaaS (Anything as a Service), your role would involve overseeing the development and implementation of solutions for both SaaS and AaaS offerings. It is important that you have Supply Chain background to be able to understand the functional and commercial aspects of the business. Your responsibilities would include: - Solution Design: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design innovative and scalable solutions that meet customer requirements. This involves understanding customer needs, business challenges w.r.t. Tools / Systems being used for Supply chain function i.e. Blue Yonder, O9, SAP, OMP etc, and technology capabilities to create effective solutions including finalizing BRD, SOW. Be able to understand the Supply chain function - Project Management: Leading the end-to-end Implementation & delivery of SaaS and AaaS projects in timely manner. This includes defining project scope, allocating resources, managing timelines, and monitoring project progress. - Team Management: Building and managing a high-performing team of solution consultants, Technical Project Managers, Data Science. You would be responsible for providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the team's success. - Customer Engagement: Working closely with customers to understand their business objectives and aligning solutions to meet their needs. This involves building strong relationships, conducting regular meetings, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. - Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control processes to ensure the delivery of reliable and high-quality SaaS and AaaS solutions. This includes conducting thorough testing, identifying and resolving issues, and continuously improving processes. Collaboration: Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, Engineering and Product Development teams, to align solution delivery with business goals. This involves providing input on product roadmap, pricing strategies, and go-to market plans. - Industry Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with Supply Chain industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SaaS and AaaS in domain. This includes attending conferences, participating in industry forums, and continuously learning to drive innovation and competitiveness. Overall, as the Head of Solution and Delivery for SaaS and AaaS, your role is crucial in driving the successful delivery of solutions, sales conversion, onboarding of customers, expansion of existing business, retention of customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
