Responsibilities : 1. Develop and manage ATL & BTL campaigns to support specific marketing objectives across different verticals to create awareness & differentiation to support the overall strategic marketing plan. 2. Implement a 360-degree approach to marketing mediums and frame campaigns on the basis of the current industry trends in film marketing and influencer-led marketing. 3. Align social media & PR team to generate engaging content campaigns for our website and social handles to attract and convert our target groups. 4. Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, manage the marketing budget, and ensure that all marketing collaterals are in line with our brand identity. 5. Onboard & partner with brands to drive visibility of our content portfolio. 6. Effectively lead and manage film & brand campaign launches from kick-off to end with a focus on regional positioning, creative strategy, creative and media brief, strong guidance on the creative concepts and executions, and evaluation of the campaign's effectiveness. 7. Operate ROI-driven marketing campaigns and maintain marketing P&L, campaign-wise. 8. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback to drive high performance. 9. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes. 10. Serve as a thought leader on all things marketing, providing strategic direction and partnership to cross-functional teams. 11. Stay up-to-date on latest marketing trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team and adapting plans accordingly. What makes you a great fit ? 1. You have proven experience of 5-7 years in 360-degree marketing including experience in ATL and BTL campaigns preferably in the media agency or entertainment space. 2. You have relevant experience in brand management, outdoor media, campaign planning, and ad spending. 3. You are a team leader with an ability to build strategic foundations, conceptualize campaign approaches, articulate strategic intents and creative ideas. 4. You are passionate about Bengali entertainment and curious about all aspects of marketing, you are able to dive-into and balance strategic insights, creative risk and excellence with campaign effectiveness. 5. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. You are a management graduate in marketing, business administration, or relevant discipline. This role will be based in Kolkata.
