Location: Corporate Office, Bangalore

Team: Product & Process Excellence

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and improving Microfinance and Non-Microfinance loan products, with focus on product design, portfolio performance, process efficiency, compliance, and cross-functional execution.

Broad Roles and Responsibilities:

Product Management:

- Design and enhance loan products, including eligibility, ticket size, tenure, pricing, and repayment structures.

- Review and improve product features based on customer, field, and market insights.

- Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.

Portfolio & Performance Monitoring:

- Track product performance, customer acquisition, repeat loan penetration, and portfolio quality.

- Analyze repayment trends, delinquency indicators, and operational metrics.

- Recommend corrective and growth initiatives based on data-driven insights.

Process Excellence:

- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities across the customer lifecycle.

- Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives.

- Reduce operational inefficiencies and improve turnaround times.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Analytics teams.

- Lead product enhancement projects, pilots, and organization-wide rollouts.

- Ensure alignment between business objectives and operational execution.

Documentation & Governance:

- Prepare product notes, SOPs, BRDs, policy recommendations, and committee presentations.

- Support governance approvals and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Maintain product and process documentation.

Training & Change Management:

- Develop rollout plans and implementation frameworks.

- Support stakeholder communication and training programs.

- Monitor adoption and effectiveness of product/process changes.
