Role Description:

- We are seeking a Business Unit Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Allahabad.

- The Manager will oversee overall operations, monitor business performance, and ensure the implementation of strategic goals.

- Responsibilities include leading a team, managing daily unit activities, analyzing financial and operational data, creating reports, and driving growth initiatives.

- The candidate will ensure compliance with company policies and support the team in achieving business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Operational management skills: experience with strategizing, planning, and monitoring business unit performance.

- Team leadership skills: ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team towards achieving goals.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills: proficiency in analyzing data, identifying patterns, and implementing effective solutions.

- Strong communication skills: both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings and strategies clearly.

- Knowledge of financial services: understanding of microfinance operations or related industries is an advantage.

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

- Proficiency in using relevant software tools and platforms.

- Ability to work on-site in Allahabad and travel to manage operations if required.
