Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Finance Business Partner to work closely with senior business stakeholders. This is an individual contributor role responsible for driving financial insights, managing P&L, and supporting strategic decision-making for assigned business units.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders, providing actionable insights and recommendations

- Own and manage P&L analysis, including revenue, costs, margins, and profitability drivers

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

- Perform variance analysis and explain performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods

- Develop financial models to support business cases, pricing decisions, and investment proposals

- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product, HR) to enable data-driven decisions

- Identify cost optimization and efficiency improvement opportunities

- Prepare and present financial dashboards, MIS, and management reports for leadership reviews

- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing senior leaders

- Hands-on experience in P&L ownership and financial performance management

- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems/ERPs and BI tools is a plus

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

- Strong attention to detail with a business-first mindset

Qualifications:

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification

- 6-10 years of relevant experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance

- Prior experience working in a global or matrixed organization preferred
