Sutherland is seeking an attentive and analytical person to join us as a Manager - Research, to be responsible for providing highly customized investment research support to some of the top Investment Banking and Private Equity clients in the Sutherland Research division. Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Primary responsibility: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth of the company. 2. Manage a team of research analysts and guide them in conducting research, gathering data, and analyzing trends to provide valuable insights to internal stakeholders. 3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams. 4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the market to provide relevant and timely insights and recommendations 5. Prepare and present reports and presentations to C-suite, senior management and other stakeholders 6. Contribution to the firm in non-project areas (such as knowledge management, people development etc.) Qualifications: Experience/ Skills: - 10-15 years of experience in market research and consulting projects - Proven experience in market research - Experience in handling Healthcare sector - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to manage a team and multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to work and liaise with cross-functional teams - Experience with top consulting firms would be preferable - The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with C- level executives - Should have managed small teams of 2-3 members - Experience user of Microsoft office suite- Excel & Power Point - Strong organizational and strategic skills with an analytical mindset Additional information: Shift Details: - Production period: 12pm to 9pm (hybrid, Airoli office) - Working days: Monday to Friday - No planed leaves for first three months to ensure proper learning and development.
