Role Summary:
The Head of SR&A Practice will lead a high-performing team delivering strategic, market, and operational advisory services to global clients. This role blends leadership skills with the design and commercialization of technology-enabled research and advisory solutions. The leader will drive innovation across strategy, analytics, and go-to-market initiatives, translating emerging market needs into differentiated insights, platforms, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Practice Leadership & Delivery:
- Lead and scale the SR&A team to deliver market, strategy, and operational consulting engagements.
- Develop frameworks, methodologies, and delivery best practices to ensure consistent quality and client impact.
- Mentor and build a multi-disciplinary team across strategy, analytics, and product management.
- Drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
2. Solution Development & Innovation:
- Identify new solution opportunities across strategy, insights, and corporate development domains.
- Launch technology-led insight products and advisory tools to deliver scalable client value.
- Capture and analyze market feedback to define product roadmaps and prototypes.
- Collaborate with analytics and technology teams to embed AI, NLP, and data-driven tools into offerings.
3. Technology-Enabled Insights Platforms:
- Partner with internal and client technology teams to design and evolve insight platforms and benchmarking tools.
- Lead client demonstrations, solution pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Continuously monitor competitive intelligence and start-up ecosystems to inform product positioning and differentiation.
4. Marketing, Thought Leadership & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and outreach strategies for the SR&A practice.
- Drive content creation and thought leadership through blogs, whitepapers, events, and partner collaborations.
- Strengthen client engagement and business development through high-impact presentations and market visibility initiatives.
5. Benchmarking & Advisory Integration:
- Build and manage partnerships with leading Tier-1 and Tier-2 research and benchmarking providers.
- Integrate syndicated research and benchmarking frameworks into advisory solutions.
- Develop proprietary benchmarking assets and best-practice models to enhance client value and differentiation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: MBA or equivalent in Finance, Strategy, or Marketing from a reputed business school.
Experience: 12-18 years in strategic research, product development, or management consulting within financial services, consulting, or research/advisory firms.
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-sector strategy projects and launching tech-enabled insight products.
- Proven ability to manage large client portfolios and deliver P&L impact.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
