



Role Summary:
We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused AI Program Manager to lead the strategic rollout and scaling of AI initiatives across the enterprise. This leader will be responsible for delivering transformative value through next-generation AI capabilities, including Agentic AI systems, Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, and applications leveraging Transformer-based architectures.
The role requires cross-functional collaboration, high-impact program delivery, and governance expertise to ensure that AI solutions are scalable, ethical, and business-aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise-wide AI strategy execution with a focus on GenAI, Agentic AI frameworks, and advanced LLM-based use cases.
- Lead program planning, budgeting, resourcing, and milestone tracking across multiple AI workstreams.
- Collaborate with AI architects, data scientists, business units, and product leaders to translate innovation into production.
- Govern AI delivery pipelines, prioritizing use cases that demonstrate ROI, operational efficiency, or competitive differentiation.
- Oversee the implementation of agentic AI solutions using tools like LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases.
- Ensure scalable and secure deployment of models built on Transformer architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT, LLaMA).
- Champion responsible AI practices, including fairness, bias mitigation, auditability, and regulatory compliance.
- Enable cross-functional collaboration through effective stakeholder management and regular executive-level reporting.
- Drive change management, AI adoption, and organizational readiness through training, communication, and evangelism.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years in AI/ML program or portfolio leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of GenAI models, Transformer architectures, and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade AI systems using open-source and commercial platforms.
- Familiarity with agent-based architecture and orchestration tools like LanGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar.
- Experience managing large, distributed, and cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Expertise in Agile/SAFe methodologies and enterprise program governance.
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Certifications such as PMP, PROSCI, or Agile SAFe are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience integrating AI into enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, ITSM, or data lakes.
- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation capabilities.
- Track record of scaling GenAI/LLM programs from PoC to enterprise deployment.
