
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate field preparedness for internal and external (third-party) audits.
- Maintain and update certification documentation in line with ICS/SOP requirements.
- Implement Human Rights protocols and Regenerative Agriculture (Regen Agri) practices within sourcing regions.
- Collect, monitor, and report sustainability metrics and ensure accuracy of data.
- Build strong relationships with farmers, SHGs, NGOs, and local stakeholders for effective on-ground execution.
- Conduct awareness sessions and training on sustainable farming and compliance requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen sustainability programs.
Required Candidate Profile
Education:
UG/PG in Rural Development, Social Work, Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years in agri-sustainability, rural development, certification programs, or farmer engagement.
- Experience in sustainability frameworks, audit compliance, or value chain projects preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of sustainability certifications, ICS/SOP standards, and audit processes.
- Ability to coordinate with farmers, SHGs, and community networks.
- Willingness for extensive rural travel across sourcing regions.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
