Focus Areas - Development and maintenance of commercially focused solutions - Collaborating with HRBP's, other HR COE's and other members of the Total Rewards team to implement and manage SUSE's reward programs, ranging from base salary management to variable pay and share awards - Manage compensation data analysis and monitor the competitiveness of compensation plans and work with local HR to ensure legal compliance where necessary - Manage the budgeting process for reward programs - Partner with global vendors for management of share plans - Manage the job evaluation/job sizing process - Act as an 'Internal Consultant' in order to establish efficient compensation processes that align global initiatives with local practice - Apply commercial thinking and an understanding of the business and HR to provide informed HR solutions and ideas that meet both the business needs and fit with the HR agenda - Identify opportunities for and deliver learning to develop the knowledge and understanding of HR colleagues and people managers - Support other projects that are on the Total Rewards agenda About You: - Strong experience in Compensation and international reward practices at all levels. - Excellent Total Rewards knowledge - Proven experience working in multinational, fast-paced, and progressive organizations - Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various time zones. - Fluent English (written and spoken) - Strong analytical skills, and a high level of IT literacy is essential, particularly advanced Excel. - Experience using HR Software platforms (Workday would be an advantage) - Proficiency in compensation & benefits consultancy reporting tools and surveys would be an advantage - Project management experience will be useful SUSE is a global leader in innovative, reliable and enterprise-grade open source solutions, relied upon by more than 60% of the Fortune 500 to power their mission-critical workloads.
