About the Role: - We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Head to lead the end-to-end implementation of our Financial Risk Management software solutions. - This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in financial risk, client engagement, and software delivery. - The Delivery Head will oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and successful execution, while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: - Oversee the successful delivery of Financial Risk Management software implementations across multiple clients. - Ensure all projects meet quality, time, and budget constraints. Client Engagement: - Act as the primary escalation point for clients during project delivery. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Team Management: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, consultants, and technical experts. - Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements. Strategic Planning: - Develop and implement delivery strategies to align with business goals. - Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality. Risk and Compliance Management: - Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all deliverables. Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with product, sales, and support teams to align client requirements with solutions. - Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, challenges, and achievements. Key Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields. - 15+ years of experience in software delivery, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. - Strong knowledge of Financial Risk Management principles and regulatory requirements. - Proven experience in delivering enterprise-level software solutions. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). - Familiarity with financial risk management tools and technologies. - Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams effectively.
