Responsibilities: - Act as HR business partner, for the entire organisation across engineering, product, sales and operations to develop and lead an effective people strategy - Oversee the recruitment, development and retainment of talent in the organization - Develop, implement and interpret Human Resource policies and procedures to ensure consistency and harmony with the company values and goals. - Design and implement training programs for the individuals, groups and management targeted at skill development to help drive a high-performance, high-growth mindset - Design and implement performance management programs to facilitate reviews and feedback across the departments - Own the entire Employee Lifecycle management process on a daily basis including strategic and tactical tasks - Facilitate recruitment, selection, onboarding, induction and all generalist tasks to ensure an excellent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. - Working on metrics and analyzing data and creating reports to identify gaps, trends and opportunities for improvement across organization - Implementing policies and procedures based on statutory compliance needs and trends in the industry - Develop and implement Human Resource information systems, records and reports including availability and accuracy of information thereof. - Setting up the cultural tone of the company with outcome focused policies, regular communications, openness, confrontations etc to establish an enriching employee relation Requirements: - Proven relevant experience of more than 4 years as HRBP/ HR Generalist/ Assistant Manager/ Manager Human Resources in an IT Product company - MBA with a specialization in HR. - Proven track record in a fast-growth environment - building and scaling HR function - Active problem solving and analytical skills - Data-driven, with strong problem-solving ability. - Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to perform under pressure in fast paced start-up environment
