
Position: Colleague Experience Survey Analyst.

Join us as a Colleague Experience Survey Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping employee engagement and experience by leveraging data-driven insights and strategic thinking.
In this role, you'll work cross-functionally to develop, execute, and analyze employee feedback mechanisms that inform organizational transformation and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end survey research process, including questionnaire development, survey programming, data analysis, and reporting.
- Provide deep insights using statistical techniques such as inferential statistics, correlations, and regression analysis to drive meaningful action on employee feedback.
- Contribute to HR digital transformation initiatives, leveraging your understanding of technology change and SaaS platforms to enhance the colleague experience.
- Support strategic planning and forecasting efforts, ensuring alignment of resources to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Collaborate across teams in an agile, fast-paced environment while maintaining a proactive, independent work approach.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in survey analytics, including inferential statistics, regression analysis, and correlation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with survey platforms such as Glint, PeakOn, or Qualtrics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data querying languages/tools.
- Strong capability in benefits tracking, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with technology change, especially involving SaaS products.
Additional Skills That Set You Apart:
- Experience working in agile teams with a strong sense of accountability and adaptability.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Business acumen and ability to translate data into strategic insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred in any discipline.
