Manager QAQC/ Senior QA/QC Manager

Role: Senior QA/QC Manager

Location: Head Office

Experience: 1520 years in QA/QC in industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across projects.

- Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans in line with client and regulatory standards.

- Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance and quality deliverables.

- Train and mentor project QA/QC teams and site staff.

- Interface with clients, consultants, and third-party agencies for quality matters.

- Monitor and drive continual improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

- Strong knowledge of IS codes, QA/QC procedures, materials, and construction methods.

- Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills.

Note: Candidates must have experience in industrial projects. Experience with a contracting firm is highly preferred.
