ACADEMIC PARTNERSHIPS : - You will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with academic institutions to promote and support the company's mission, goals, and values. - You will work closely with academic leaders to establish mutually beneficial relationships that enhance educational and career opportunities for Teachers, drive research and development, and create partnerships that expand the company's reach and impact. - You will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities for collaboration and negotiating partnership agreements Key Responsibilities : - Evangelise the company's products and services to customers, partners, and the wider community through events, conferences, webinars, and other channels. - Develop and implement a strategic plan for academic partnerships that supports the company's mission and goals. - Establish and maintain relationships with academic leaders and organisations to expand the company's reach and impact. - Collaborate with academic partners to develop joint programs and initiatives that support career and upskilling opportunities for Educators - Identify and pursue new opportunities for collaboration with academic institutions, including grant opportunities, research partnerships, and joint ventures. - Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts with academic institutions to ensure that both parties benefit from the collaboration. - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that academic partnerships are integrated into the company's overall strategy. - Represent the company at academic conferences and events to promote partnerships and increase awareness of the company's mission and goals. Requirements : - At least 10 years of experience in academic partnership development and management. - Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, education, or marketing. - Strong understanding of the higher education landscape, including academic institutions, research organizations, and government agencies. - Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing partnerships with academic institutions. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers. - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with academic partners and attend conferences and events.
