1. Drive Seller Onboarding:
- Drive end-to-end onboarding of supply partners, including documentation, catalog readiness, and system enablement.
- Build local teams to drive city-level supply density.
- Plan supply expansion by hyper location, and drive results via process excellence
- Build processes around product authentification, and anti-fraud checks
- Build deep relations with large supply partners, and be able to drive decisions with their top management
2. Manage Supply Operational Excellence:
- Drive supply partners' preparedness for go-live, ensuring right attributes available for buyer conversion including pricing and catalogue completeness
- Supply partners' training around order acceptance and process compliance.
- Identify recurring onboarding friction points and recommend process improvements to workflows and tools.
- Monitor early performance indicators such as listings live, order readiness, and initial transactions.
- Support operations and technology teams to enable post-order operational excellence
3. Cross-functional Coordination:
- Work closely with partner applications' technology, category, and operations teams to resolve onboarding issues and unblock go-lives.
- Build relationships with outsourced partners and leadership of large priority sellers Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years of experience in seller onboarding or marketplace supply expansion roles, with at least 3 years of on-ground/feet-on-street experience.
- Strong execution skills with high attention to detail & ability to get things done
- Comfortable working across multiple internal teams and external partners.
- Structured problem-solver with strong follow-through
