Job Title: Supply Chain Transformation Lead Mumbai | Full-Time | MBA from Tier-1 B-School Required 10-12 Years Experience | Strategic & Tech-Driven Role About the Role: Hiring a Supply Chain Transformation Lead to drive strategic, digital, and operational transformation across our end-to-end supply chain. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of process excellence, tech adoption, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Define & implement supply chain transformation roadmap aligned with business goals. - Lead cross-functional projects using technologies like AI, automation, and analytics. - Reengineer supply chain processes and champion change management. - Own data governance, master data accuracy, and reporting KPIs. - Collaborate with IT, Finance, Ops & external vendors for seamless execution. - Develop strong business cases and manage project budgets. - Lead & mentor a high-performance team including 3P/contract resources. Who You Are: - 10-12 years in supply chain, transformation, or operations. - MBA from a premier B-school (ISB, IIM, etc.) is mandatory. - Strong in project management, data analytics, stakeholder engagement. - Proficient in ERP/WMS platforms like SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc. - Excellent communicator with a strategic mindset.
