Supply Chain Role - COE

Key Responsibilities:

- Shape and execute global supply planning strategy and lead the standardization of planning practices, systems, and frameworks across all regions.

- Provide deep functional expertise and deliver capability-building programs to upskill regional planning teams.

- Drive cross-functional alignment with commercial, finance, IT, and other supply chain teams.

- Translate business needs into digital planning capabilities and champion intelligent planning tools.

- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including forecast reliability, service efficiency, inventory health, and capacity management.

- Solve complex planning challenges through structured problem-solving and continuous improvement.

- Partner with digital transformation leaders to ensure seamless process, data, and system integration.

- Lead cross-functional projects to elevate planning performance and achieve business impact.

Required Experience & Capabilities:

- 4-7 years in supply planning or operations, preferably in a multinational manufacturing context.

- Strong grasp of planning principles (demand, supply, statistical, scenario).

- Hands-on experience with SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, or similar platforms; Blue Yonder a plus.

- B.Tech with Management degree from a Tier 1 institution is the required qualification for this role.
