
Role Overview :
As a Supply Chain Program Analyst, you will serve as the operational backbone for our complex supply chain initiatives, bridging the gap between strategic planning and ground-level execution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including demand planners, logistics leads, and senior stakeholders, to streamline workflows and drive process excellence.
Your daily efforts will involve synthesizing large datasets to uncover actionable insights, managing project timelines, and facilitating change management initiatives that directly influence our service levels and operational efficiency. By ensuring that our supply chain programs are executed with precision, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing inventory health and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end execution of supply chain projects by defining clear milestones and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery of strategic objectives.
- Analyze complex demand and supply planning datasets to identify trends and anomalies, providing data-backed recommendations that improve forecast accuracy and reduce stock-outs.
- Drive process excellence initiatives by auditing existing workflows and implementing lean methodologies to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce operational costs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication, ensuring that all departments are aligned on project goals and resource allocation.
- Facilitate change management programs during system or process transitions to ensure seamless adoption by internal teams and minimal disruption to business continuity.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into supply chain KPIs and program health.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain analytics with the ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives for executive decision-making.
- Proven capability in managing large-scale programs, utilizing formal project management methodologies to navigate competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to influence cross-functional teams and build consensus among diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
- Exceptional proficiency in analytical tools and ERP systems, coupled with a rigorous approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, ideally complemented by a track record of success in high-growth environments.
- High degree of adaptability and self-motivation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment while maintaining a focus on long-term business outcomes.
