About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planning Implementation Expert to lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of enterprise-grade supply-chain planning platforms across global engagements. The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and supporting leading advanced planning solutions, and has delivered implementations for international clients across multiple geographies. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role working closely with global client planning teams, functional consultants, and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of enterprise supply-chain planning platforms from requirement gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.

- Gather and analyse business planning requirements across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, replenishment, and S&OP, and translate them into platform configurations.

- Configure and customise planning workflows, data models, forecasting algorithms, and planning parameters within the platform.

- Manage data integration between the planning platform and source systems (ERP, data warehouses), including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.

- Conduct solution testing, UAT, and hypercare / post-go-live support.

- Train client planners and super-users, and prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and configuration guides.

- Partner with cross-functional and cross-geography teams to ensure on-time, high-quality global delivery.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on implementation experience with one or more leading enterprise supply-chain planning / advanced planning & scheduling (APS) platforms i.e. specialised, AI/ML-enabled software used by large organisations for integrated demand, supply, and S&OP planning (as distinct from generic ERP or spreadsheet-based planning).

- International exposure, a major plus proven experience delivering implementations for global clients across multiple geographies (e.g. North America, EMEA, APAC), including working with distributed international teams.

- Strong functional understanding of core planning processes demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, replenishment, and S&OP / IBP.

- Experience across the full implementation lifecycle design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and support.

- Solid grasp of supply-chain data structures, ERP integration, and data management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and cross-cultural communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field; APICS / CSCP / CPIM or platform-specific certification an advantage.

Nice to Have:

- Experience implementing across more than one enterprise planning platform.

- Exposure to manufacturing, retail, CPG, high-tech, or automotive supply chains.

- Familiarity with SQL, data-integration tools, and reporting/analytics.
