Education: MBAs/B.E/B.Tech from Tier 1 Institutes like IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/ XLRI / BITS / IITs/ NITs

Job Description:

1.Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP): Lead and coordinate the S&OP process to align production, inventory, and demand planning with business objectives and market trends. Build robust & agile process to deliver business growth with desired efficiency.

2.Logistics Management: Oversee and optimize multi-site logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of Raw materials & Finished products while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.

Build efficient network of CFAs across India to support business growth. Ensure compliance with statutory compliance , tax regulations, and company policies related to HR processes.

3.Strategy development: -Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain process, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.

4.Digitalization of Operations: Drive the digital transformation of our planning and logistics functions by implementing innovative technologies and solutions to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making processes.

5.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and effectively communicate with External stakeholders like suppliers, logistics partner & Internal stakeholders likes Sales, Marketing, Procurement , Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing to ensure alignment and collaboration for common goals..
