Overview

- We are seeking an experienced Demand & Supply Planning Consultant to support Digital Transformation project at a Large Automotive Client, with a strong emphasis on Demand & Supply Planning.

- This role will partner with stakeholders in S&OP, driving team to capture business requirements, design To-Be process, system enablement, and operational transformation across planning functions. The ideal candidate brings prior consulting experience and hands-on expertise in Kinaxis implementations within complex manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the overall Planning track scope (Demand & Supply) and ensure alignment with program objectives, milestones and governance

- Ensure industry best practices in demand and supply planning are evaluated, benchmarked and incorporated into the process design while staying aligned to business needs (Automobile).

- Drive strong handshake between cross functional business stakeholders and System Integrator(s) on all Planning topics including scope, design decisions, assumptions and implementation approach.

- Facilitate discovery workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

- Lead a team of consultants for process design and transformation initiatives.

- Drive end-to-end process planning improvements across demand-supply alignment, capacity planning, and production planning.

- Conduct gap analysis between current-state and future-state planning processes.

- Develop governance models, KPIs, and reporting structures for planning excellence.

- Support the team for testing cycles, deployment and post-go-live stabilization.

- Contribute to client presentations, status reporting, and executive-level updates.

Qualifications

- Experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 IT services consulting firm is strongly preferred.

- Preferred industry experience in the automobile industry, Automotive OEMs, or Industrial Manufacturing.

- 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Process Consulting, Demand & Supply Planning, and S&OP.

- Strong understanding of Kinaxis architecture along with hands-on Kinaxis (Maestro) deployment experience in supply chain planning is a must.

- Certification in Kinaxis is highly desirable.

- Proven experience conducting process workshops and driving business transformation initiatives.

- Familiarity with SAP systems and integration with Kinaxis.

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities.

Education: Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred); MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain/Operations is advantageous
