Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Consultant with 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply planning processes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in supply chain planning solutions and be capable of driving end-to-end planning transformations. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners to design and implement efficient planning processes that improve service levels, inventory performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and S&OP.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.

- Lead supply chain planning implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.

- Configure and support planning solutions to align with business objectives and operational requirements.

- Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders to define planning strategies and process improvements.

- Design planning models, forecasting methodologies, and inventory optimization frameworks.

- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, sales, and finance teams to improve planning accuracy and operational performance.

- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation activities.

- Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.

- Monitor planning KPIs and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth business operations.

- Drive adoption of best practices in supply chain planning and integrated business planning.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or S&OP.

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and capacity planning.

- Experience with supply chain planning platforms such as Kinaxis RapidResponse, Blue Yonder (JDA), SAP IBP, Oracle Supply Chain Planning, o9 Solutions, Anaplan, or E2open.

- Expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Production Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.

- Experience with data analysis tools, reporting, and KPI management.

- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools is an added advantage.

- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional project environments.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
