Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for our Luxury Apparel and Sportswear business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution across domestic and international markets. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless product availability, optimizing supply chain efficiency, managing vendor relationships, and supporting business growth while maintaining high service levels and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business growth, customer service, and profitability objectives.

- Manage domestic and international supply chain networks to ensure timely product availability and efficient movement of goods.

- Drive demand forecasting, supply planning, replenishment, and inventory optimization initiatives.

- Collaborate with sourcing, merchandising, production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business requirements.

- Monitor inventory levels, stock health, and product availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.

- Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, freight partners, and third-party service providers.

- Optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations to improve service levels and reduce costs.

- Ensure smooth import-export operations, customs compliance, and international trade requirements.

- Drive supply chain digitization, process improvements, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.

- Develop supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor operational effectiveness.

- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, disruptions, and capacity constraints.

- Lead cross-functional projects focused on network optimization, cost reduction, and scalability.

- Build and mentor high-performing supply chain teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10-17 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management.

- Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations at scale.

- Industry experience in Luxury Apparel, Sportswear, Footwear, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, or related sectors.

- Strong expertise in demand planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

- Experience handling both domestic and international supply chain operations.

- Strong understanding of import-export processes, international logistics, and trade compliance requirements.

- Experience managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and third-party logistics providers.

- Knowledge of supply chain planning methodologies, inventory optimization, and forecasting techniques.

- Experience working with ERP and Supply Chain Management systems.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

- Proven ability to drive process improvements, cost optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale supply chain operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
