Required Qualifications

- Bachelors/masters degree in any of the following Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (MBA)

- Expertise in Supply chain optimization, Inventory management and Lean Methodologies

- Expertise in Procurement and sourcing, Supplier relationship management

- Expertise in Demand planning and forecasting

- Expertise in Data analysis and reporting

- ERP and supply chain software proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Proven leadership and team management abilities

- Ability to drive cost reduction initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with global supply chain operations

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations-from raw material procurement and vendor coordination to logistics and inventory-ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.

- Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers and PCB assemblers; lead negotiations to optimize costs, credit terms, and supply reliability within the electronics ecosystem.

- Ensure availability of critical materials through accurate demand planning and proactive lead time management to avoid production bottlenecks or overstocking.

- Drive supply chain efficiency and cost savings by analyzing pricing, vendor performance, and operational workflows to optimize procurement, warehousing, and distribution.

- Utilize ERP systems and supply chain KPIs to monitor performance, support strategic decisions, and improve end-to-end supply chain agility and resilience.
