About the Role

Seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize contract manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for managing third-party manufacturers, ensuring seamless material flow, and driving efficiency across the end-to-end supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and act as the primary point of contact

- Develop and execute production plans in alignment with demand forecasts

- Coordinate procurement of raw materials and components

- Monitor supplier and manufacturer performance (cost, quality, delivery)

- Oversee inventory across warehouses and contract manufacturing sites

- Ensure timely order fulfilment and distribution

- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize transportation and reduce costs

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

- Identify risks and implement contingency plans

Requirements

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field

- 7-10 years of experience in supply chain contract manufacturing from FMCG Industry only

- Strong experience in vendor and stakeholder management

- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
