Supply Chain Manager

Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor performance.

- The role will focus on improving service levels, reducing costs, and driving operational excellence across the supply chain while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution

- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives

- Drive cost optimization initiatives across sourcing, transportation, and inventory

- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance metrics

- Ensure effective demand forecasting and inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing) to ensure seamless supply flow

- Implement process improvements, automation, and digital tools to enhance efficiency

- Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, fill rates, and logistics costs

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

- Lead and mentor supply chain and logistics teams
