Supply Chain Manager

Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our endto-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management, along with the ability to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the endto-end supply chain

- Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and plan production schedules

- Oversee logistics and transportation to ensure timely and costeffective delivery

- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs

- Lead supplier negotiations and manage vendor relationships to secure favorable terms

- Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions

- Mentor and manage a team of supply chain professionals

- Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, quality standards, and internal policies

- Implement and maintain supply chain management systems and digital tools

- Develop, track, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity

Qualifications:

- B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred

- Strong proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems

- Advanced analytical skills with experience in forecasting and datadriven decision making

- Expertise in inventory management, logistics, and transportation

- Proven experience in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation

- Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage complex projects

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and related analytical tools

- Strong communication, leadership, and problemsolving abilities

- Deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging supply chain trends

- Knowledge of global trade compliance and regulatory requirements

Additional Requirements:

- Strong grounding in supply chain and inventory management principles

- Exposure to casting, electronics components, and machining commodities

- Experience working in MNC environments with multisite operations

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement systems
