About the Role:

Responsibilities encompass developing and implementing sourcing strategy for Operations Service Sourcing (IME/OME Services & Security Services) and thereby delivering performance enhancements and cost benefits through cost optimization and reduction initiatives. The role requires constant monitoring of statutory laws around manpower, spare part cost, network opex cost - energy and maintenance, inflation impact to devise and deploy strategy for optimization and to meet internal business needs. Coordinate and establish balance between partners, internal stakeholders (O&M) at corporate and circles to enable partner performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and formulate category sourcing strategy by conducting in-depth spend analysis

- Conduct Market discovery, Partner evaluation to financial and scope capabilities and Price discovery.

- Ensure availability of an uninterrupted Service partner base capable of meeting the cost, quality & delivery requirements.

- Continue developing low cost services partners and solutions thereof which would entail lower Opex spend.

- Support circle managers with benchmarking of inter circle price/source/solutions for general O&M requirements in the network.

- Monitoring statutory norms regarding labor laws and minimum wages, input cost to services like spare parts, Time, cost, productivity and effort analysis like penalties from end customers.

- Lead cost reduction initiatives such as New partner identification, Supplier Consolidation,

- Monitor and report cost Vs performance analysis of partners including but not limited to resultant opex cost like energy and cost of poor performance.

- Represent SCM Point of View (PoV) in overall energy strategy/planning and align Service Sourcing
10) Plan in line with energy initiatives.

- Lead and ensure that managed services partners implement required processes and controls so an overall objective of cost or reliability efficiency from the solution is achieved.

- Ensure faulty assets and replaced assets are returned to the warehouse intact with no cannibalization and misuse.

- Ensure that all assets are connected and monitored thru system configured alarm systems.

- Support external and internal Audits.

- Instill culture of team work.

- Conflict resolution across team members to enhance synergies.
