Supply Chain Lead

We are currently retained by a leading Global Manufacturing company to hire a Supply Chain Lead for them.

You will lead end-to-end supply chain operations, driving efficiency across Planning, Demand & Inventory Management, Procurement, Production Planning, Outsourcing, Logistics, and Vendor Management while ensuring cost optimization and operational resilience.

This role needs a proactive supply chain leader with strong planning expertise, operational excellence mindset, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including Demand Planning, S&OP, Procurement, Inventory Management, PPC, Outsourcing, and Logistics.

- Drive forecasting accuracy and material availability through close collaboration with Sales, Commercial, and Operations teams.

- Optimize inventory levels, improve inventory turns, and reduce carrying costs.

- Manage sourcing, vendor relationships, outsourcing partners, and logistics operations.

- Monitor key supply chain KPIs related to service levels, inventory, procurement, and operational efficiency.

- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team while driving cross-functional collaboration.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience.

Requirements

- Engineer followed by MBA in Supply Chain

- APICS CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent supply chain certification strongly preferred

- 8-12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management with team leadership experience.

- Strong exposure to Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Production Planning, and Logistics.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
