
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Lead to build and drive an agile, data-led supply chain for a fast-growing D2C consumer brand.
The role will own the end-to-end supply chain - from demand planning and procurement to inventory, warehousing, logistics and fulfilment - ensuring high availability, optimal inventory levels and efficient working capital.
The ideal candidate will bring strong FMCG supply chain experience and have worked in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where speed, execution and data-driven decision-making are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end supply chain across demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics and order fulfilment.
- Drive demand forecasting and supply planning in line with business growth and sales plans.
- Build robust inventory planning mechanisms to balance availability, working capital and inventory turns.
- Manage 3PL, warehousing and logistics partners, ensuring service levels, cost efficiency and timely fulfilment.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement and Operations teams to align supply with business requirements.
- Identify and eliminate supply chain bottlenecks, improving OTIF, fill rates and overall customer experience.
- Develop and track key supply chain metrics including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, stock-outs, ageing, OTIF and logistics costs.
- Drive cost optimisation across procurement, warehousing and logistics.
- Build scalable processes and systems to support the brand's rapid growth.
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for improving service levels, efficiency and working capital.
- Lead and develop the supply chain team and external partner ecosystem.
What We Are Looking For:
- 6 - 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning or Operations.
- Mandatory FMCG experience - candidates without FMCG experience will not be considered.
- 2020 batch pass-out from a top-tier B-School.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, warehousing and logistics.
- Experience managing high-SKU, fast-moving consumer businesses will be preferred.
- Prior experience in a D2C, e-commerce or consumer business is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to operate in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment and build processes from the ground up.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
