Propose various criteria for shortlisting Target Anchors in various sectors/geographies. 2. Reach out to CFOs/Finance Heads at Target Anchor end and pitch SCF solutions. 3. Design bespoke SCF solutions to suite Anchor environment & share Term Sheets. 4. Negotiate and close Anchor Agreements / MoUs with Anchor teams. 5. Share inputs & provide coordination to Credit Team for finalizing the Anchor Program. 6. Roll out Anchor Programs to Sales Teams and guide Sales on "Program USPs/Pitch". 7. Monitoring Anchor portfolio and timely escalation about any overdue / potential stress. 8. Regular visitations/relationship management with Anchor teams to share feedback and enhance immediate business potential. 9. Guide and mentor Manager - Corporate Coverage on KRAs. 10.
