Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Finance Process Expert with deep functional expertise in SAP S4 HANA Finance, specifically Product Costing. This role requires a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial process optimization, and hands on SAP configuration and operations experience. The ideal candidate will possess over 8+ years of relevant experience and bring a strategic mindset combined with operational excellence in managing end to end product costing processes within a supply chain finance function.

Job Title: Supply Chain Finance Process Expert - S4 HANA (Product Costing)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Product Costing processes within the S4 HANA Finance environment across the supply chain.

- Provide expert level functional support in financial statement analysis, variance analysis, internal controls, and cost optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and ensure accurate and timely reporting of product costs.

- Analyze cost flows and identify anomalies, variances, and improvement opportunities.

- Implement and maintain internal controls over cost accounting processes and compliance with GAAP and company policies.

- Act as a bridge between Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure system integrity and alignment of financial data with business goals.

- Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within the supply chain finance domain.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, internal audit, or related roles.

- Strong expertise in SAP S4 HANA Finance, with hands-on experience in Product Costing configuration and execution.

- Proven track record in financial process improvement, internal control design, and compliance.

- Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and variance analysis.
