Supply Chain Finance Manager - FMCG/Food Manufacturing Industry

We're Hiring: Supply Chain Finance Manager

We are looking for a Supply Chain Finance Manager for a leading MNC with strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, Stakeholder Management, Factory Finance, and Supply Chain Finance.

Location: Pune (Factory)

Industry: FMCG / Food Manufacturing

Experience: 7 - 12 Years

Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Factory and Supply Chain leadership to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making

- Manage manufacturing costs, product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis

- Drive inventory optimisation, working capital improvement, and cost efficiencies

- Support procurement, sourcing, logistics, and distribution cost optimisation

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial performance reviews, and savings initiatives

- Evaluate CAPEX projects, business cases, and investment decisions

- Strengthen financial controls, governance, and reporting through data analytics

Looking for:

- 7 - 12 years of relevant finance experience in FMCG / Food / Pharma / Manufacturing

- Mandatory factory experience, with 3 - 5 years in Factory Finance, Plant Controlling, Supply Chain Finance, or Manufacturing Finance

- Strong business partnering experience with Factory and Supply Chain leadership

- Expertise in product costing, standard costing, inventory accounting, and financial analysis

- Experience in CAPEX evaluation, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP, Advanced Excel, and Power BI / Tableau
