Supply Chain Finance Lead (5-10 yrs)

Role Overview
We are looking for a SCM Finance Lead to partner closely with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to drive financial planning, cost optimization, and performance tracking across procurement, inventory, and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams to drive financial planning and cost management.
- Monitor procurement, logistics, and inventory costs to ensure cost efficiency and margin improvement.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for supply chain operations.
- Track and analyze inventory metrics, working capital, and cost drivers across the supply chain.
- Develop MIS reports and dashboards to provide insights on supply chain performance and cost trends.
- Support cost optimization initiatives, process improvements, and automation across SCM functions.
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance within supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product launches, pricing analysis, and supply chain strategy.
Preferred Candidate:
- CA / MBA (Finance) with 5-8 years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A / SCM Finance.
- Experience in D2C/E-commerce industries , FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing preferred
- Strong understanding of supply chain economics, inventory management, and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle or similar).
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
