Role Overview:

The Supply Chain Excellence Lead - India will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives, including process redesign, new capability setup, and digital enablement. The role focuses on improving product & process compliance, customer service, cost competitiveness, and driving the supply chain digital transformation agenda.

This position works closely with senior leaders across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Technical, and Commercial functions, orchestrating cross-functional programs that deliver measurable value for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic supply chain excellence projects aligned with India Operations priorities and OKRs (regional and local initiatives)

- Drive deployment of global SCM tools, digital dashboards, and supply chain digitization programs

- Design and implement supply chain models to support emerging channels such as e-commerce and eB2B

- Coordinate delivery of end-to-end Gross Profit improvement programs for India

- Support development and execution of the 3-year operating plan / business planning process

- Act as a customer-centric Supply Chain SME, building external customer partnerships through collaborative programs to reduce Cost to Serve

- Facilitate and execute Supply ChainCommercial collaboration initiatives to drive NTS growth and service improvements

- Partner with Customer Development teams on exception-based E2E business planning, complexity reduction, inventory optimization, and customer experience enhancement

- Lead Supply Chain performance management, reporting, and analytics

- Serve as SME for SAP APO, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Lean Supply Chain, IBP, and digital maturity & adoption initiatives

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and lead in a matrix organization

- Excellent analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

- Proven ability to act as a credible business partner across SCM and Commercial functions

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and engagement skills

- High levels of curiosity, resilience, perseverance, and bias for action
