Job description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Coordinator with strong expertise in S/4 HANA and deep functional knowledge of supply chain collaboration processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, procurement, subcontracting, and PO collaboration within the Pharma and Life Sciences domain.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage SCC PO Returns Collaboration processes including coordination with suppliers, tracking, and documentation.
- Handle SCC PO Collaboration to ensure accurate and timely purchase order management.
- Oversee SCC Planning Collaboration, ensuring demand and supply plans are aligned across stakeholders.
- Support and manage SCC Sub-Contracting activities, ensuring timely execution of subcontracting workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify gaps, delays, and improvement areas.
- Ensure compliance with Pharma and Life Sciences industry standards and regulations.
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to drive efficient supply chain operations.
- Optimize supply chain processes to enhance visibility, efficiency, and operational performance.
Mandatory Skills:
- S/4 HANA experience is a must
- Strong understanding of supply chain collaboration processes
- Expertise in PO management, planning, and subcontracting

- Experience working in Pharma & Life Sciences domain
